- CITYkiosk is the tailor-made solution for cities, municipalities, regions and tour operators that wish to have an interactive and easily integrated system to promote their territory. Through Fabbrica Digitale’s Visitor XPerience platform, municipalities can enhance the local sights and inform visitors about outstanding food and wine products and the cultural and natural heritage. Citizens and tourists can use these smart-looking totems to receive information on local services, make reservations, pay for parking, discover the activities in the territory, take pictures and play entertaining videogames such as Memory.
The Liguria Region has already installed CITYkiosk in the Doge’s Palace in Genoa and in IAT Alassio. This service helps meet the regulatory obligations resulting from the global pandemic and offers a complete, smart and enjoyable access support. The software developed by HRC allows companies and public bodies to use our kiosks for several purposes: measuring the body temperature of users, checking face masks are worn properly, offering a self-check-in/check-out service and monitoring the flow of people. Users will be able to go in quickly and easily, sanitising their hands and benefitting from additional services. These include the possibility of calling contact persons in the building directly from the totem, via the VOIP network connected to the company’s intranet. The totem is equipped with a thermal camera – that measures the body temperature and checks for the use of PPE – RFID reader, QRCODE reader, thermal printer and hand sanitiser dispenser.
